TRAVESENS was developed by agents who have actually planned and arranged trips, in pursuit of a tool that they themselves would find easy to use and want.

About TRAVESENS

Every time TOKI, an inbound travel agency, received an order for travel agency services, it was overwhelmed with manual work and struggled to find a way to improve its inefficient operations. The company used cloud servers and various IT tools from Japan and overseas, but there was no optimal business tool that was rooted in the travel industry, so they finally developed their own business tool for in-house use, which greatly improved operational efficiency.

Through interviews with 30 travel companies, we learned that other companies were experiencing similar struggles, which led us to develop this service. We aim to be a partner for travel industry workers, born from the voices of people in the travel industry.

TRAVESENS’s Mission

Make your travel job more fun

"I love to travel and I love my job, but it's hard work and it's hard work." "More than 70% of my work is manual work, and it's hard to do the creative work I originally wanted to do."

When I talk to my colleagues in the travel industry, I often hear them say that while they love their jobs, it's hard work.

I actually feel that the travel agency industry is one of the slowest industries among all industries in terms of DX.

By focusing on improving the UXUI of travel planning, TRAVESENS wants to make the process of creating a trip more fun and exciting. We want to shorten the tedious repetitive tasks and data management as much as possible. We believe that if agents enjoy creating trips, they will be able to provide their customers with the best trips possible.

Raise the standard of treatment in the travel industry

The average annual salary in the travel agency industry is 3.5 million yen, or 4.5 million yen if you include major companies. Considering the average annual salary of Japanese people, this is a low level. However, we believe that the travel industry is the industry that will lead Japan in the future and that it is the industry that needs to develop excellent human resources.

Especially in the age of inbound travel, bilingual professionals in the travel industry will be the face of Japan and will provide hospitality to people from overseas. By having more talented people working in the industry, Japan will be able to make a better impression on the world.

To make this happen, it is essential to improve the efficiency of working methods throughout the industry. By promoting the use of digitalization and AI, we believe that we can contribute to the efficiency of the industry, as well as the treatment and working environment.
